Role  Title – Business Development Executive

Work Experience

# Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development Executive

# Minimum 2 Years’ experience working for UK/Europe/ANZ/Indian Region

Academic Requirements: Bachelors/ Master’s Degree

Work Location: Chennai.

Key Responsibilities –

# Acquiring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

# Networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

# Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

# Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

# Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

# Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

# Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

# Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Skill required for the job/professional skill set – 

# Experience selling IT / software services and consulting services to UK/Europe/ANZ/Indian market.

# Lead Generation – penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.

# Ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.

# Proven experience of delivering sales growth via targeting new verticals, sourcing contacts, developing messaging, and delivering structured sales campaigns.

# Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.

# Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

# Willingness to work in UK time zone.

# Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.

# Be self-motivated and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.

# Be goal-oriented and have the ability to consistently meet or exceed calling and opportunity generation quotas.


Role Title – Learning Administrator

Work Experience – 5-7 Years

Academic Requirements – Any Bachelor’s degree.

Work Location – Chennai

Key Responsibilities

# Gathering training needs and developing training calendar for each quarter.

# Arranging internal and external training sessions by working with the various stakeholders

# Facilitating the training sessions, conducting feedback surveys and taking actions for improvement.

# Engaging with external vendors including Purchase Orders, seeking relevant approvals and liaising with the finance team to make payments.

# Facilitating monthly webinars.

# Driving certifications and upskilling programs.

# Purchasing and tracking of e-learning subscriptions.

# Share the monthly L&D spend with finance

# Publishing weekly dashboards and training metrics.

Skill required for the job/professional skill set

# A minimum of 5 years work experience and 2 years of relevant experience.

# Skilled in Microsoft Office and tools.

# Language Proficiency – English, Hindi, Other Indian Languages.
