Role  Title – Business Development Executive

Work Experience

# Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development Executive

# Minimum 2 Years’ experience working for UK/Europe/ANZ/Indian Region

Academic Requirements: Bachelors/ Master’s Degree

Work Location: Chennai.

Key Responsibilities –

# Acquiring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

# Networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

# Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

# Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

# Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

# Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

# Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

# Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Skill required for the job/professional skill set – 

# Experience selling IT / software services and consulting services to UK/Europe/ANZ/Indian market.

# Lead Generation – penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.

# Ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.

# Proven experience of delivering sales growth via targeting new verticals, sourcing contacts, developing messaging, and delivering structured sales campaigns.

# Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.

# Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

# Willingness to work in UK time zone.

# Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.

# Be self-motivated and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.

# Be goal-oriented and have the ability to consistently meet or exceed calling and opportunity generation quotas.


Role Title – Key Account Manager

Work Experience – 5 Years

Academic Requirements –  Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.

Work Location – Bangalore/ Chennai

Key Responsibilities

# Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain Indium’s value proposition

# Ability to understand map customer organization and identify addressable spend areas to grow revenue from an assigned customer base

# Building relationships with clients and ability to build trust

# Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need and fulfilment proactively

# Ability to collect and analyse data

# Ability to keep oneself with updated knowledge of company’s services and products

# Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

# Ability to be abreast of industry trends vis a vis our service offerings and come up with proactive pitches to customers

# Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Skill required for the job/professional skill set –

# Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

# Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

# Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

# Excellent active listening skills.

# Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and with customers

# Reasonably good understanding of revenue, revenue targets and numbers in general


Role Title – Presales Manager

Work Experience – 6 Years

Academic Requirements –  Bachelors / Masters Degree

Work Location – Chennai

Key Responsibilities –

# Plan the strategies in response to market and competitors’ behaviour.

# Work along with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.

# Understand needs of the customers and make sales presentations.

# Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.

# Build lasting relationships with customers.

# Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.

Skill required for the job/professional skill set –

# Pre sales,BIT Management

# Should have experience in creating solutions to Customer RFPs/RFIs and Proactive Bids

# The candidate should have minimally 5-8 years of relevant working experiences

# Ability to apply experiences and knowledge into Data Engineering, Analytic , End user Computing, Cloud, Devops and Application support solutions

# Ability to collaborate with sales teams, Technology Teams (SMEs) and customers.

# Excellent communication and presentation skills

# Excellent documentation skills with fluent English for Technical write-up and proposal writing
