Zaheer is an executive business leader with rich experience in leading the P&L for business units, heading capability sales, and collaborating with the leadership stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. Thereby instrumental in building new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

He brings a strong blend of customer first philosophy and business orientation, bringing an entrepreneurial leadership style to guiding multi-dimensional teams in ambiguous environments. Areas of experience also includes Digital & Cloud Transformation and driving business-focused solutions through technology modernization.

Prior to joining Indium, he was responsible for leading large, complex modernization initiatives, managing executive relationships, providing strategic advisory services, and leading enterprise Agile Transformation across financial services and tech customers. He headed capability sales with a business development effort worth $350M in the North American region. He also established the Software Engineering Studio to help accelerate innovation across business solutions and IT accelerators. Led the charter to incubate future talent and partner with start-ups to drive local community development.
